1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data?

The operator of BullForge is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

2. What BullForge Does

BullForge is an AI-powered community tool that allows users to upload a photo, artwork, or NFT and generate a BullForge-style profile picture.

To provide this service, certain technical information and the uploaded image must be processed.

3. Image Uploads and AI Generation

When you upload an image and request an avatar, the uploaded image, your selected BullForge style, and the instructions required to generate the avatar are processed for the purpose of providing the requested service.

The image is transmitted to OpenAI for AI image processing and generation. The generated result is then returned to your browser.

BullForge does not intentionally create a permanent public gallery or user account containing your uploaded or generated images. BullForge does not use uploaded images to build user profiles.

Third-party infrastructure and AI providers may process or retain data according to their own technical, security, abuse-prevention, and legal requirements.

4. OpenAI

BullForge uses API services provided by OpenAI to process uploaded images and generate avatars.

Information sent to the API may include the uploaded image, generation instructions, and technical request information needed to provide and protect the service.

OpenAI acts as an external service provider. Its processing may involve infrastructure located outside the European Economic Area. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards may be used for international data transfers.

5. IP Addresses and Generation Limits

BullForge processes IP address information to protect the service against abuse, prevent parallel generation requests, and apply generation limits.

BullForge currently limits avatar generations per IP address within a defined time period. This information is used for security and abuse prevention and is not used for advertising or user profiling.

6. Hosting and Server Logs

BullForge is hosted by Vercel. When you visit BullForge, Vercel may process technical information required to deliver and protect the website, including IP address, date and time of access, requested pages and resources, browser and device information, and error or security data.

This processing is necessary to provide the website, maintain security and availability, diagnose technical problems, and prevent abuse.

Vercel may process data using infrastructure and service providers in different countries, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards for international data transfers are used.

7. Legal Bases

Where the GDPR applies, personal data may be processed to provide the service you request, to protect the legitimate interests of BullForge in operating a secure and functional website, to comply with legal obligations, or on the basis of consent where consent is specifically requested.

8. External Links

BullForge contains links to external services, including X and Bullpen. When you click an external link, you leave BullForge.

The external provider may then process information according to its own privacy policy. BullForge does not control the data processing of third-party websites.

9. Wallet Address and Voluntary Support

BullForge displays a public Solana wallet address for voluntary support in SOL or $ANSEM.

Blockchain transactions are generally public and may permanently reveal wallet addresses, transaction amounts, timestamps, and other blockchain data. BullForge does not control the public nature of the Solana blockchain.

10. Cookies and Analytics

BullForge currently does not intentionally use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or analytics cookies.

If analytics, advertising technologies, or other optional tracking tools are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are used.

11. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to maintain security, resolve technical issues, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention periods of external service providers may differ and are governed by their own applicable policies and agreements.

12. Your Rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

13. Children

BullForge is not intended for uploading unlawful sexual content or any sexual content involving minors. Such content is prohibited.

Users should not upload images of children unless they have the necessary authority and a lawful reason to do so.

14. Security

BullForge uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service and limit misuse. However, no internet transmission or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when BullForge changes, new service providers or features are introduced, or legal and technical requirements change.
