1. About BullForge

BullForge is an independent, unofficial community tool that allows users to transform uploaded photos, artwork, or NFTs into AI-generated BullForge-style profile pictures.

BullForge is not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by the $ANSEM team, Ansem, Bullpen, X, Solana, or any other third-party project, platform, token, or service mentioned on this website.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on BullForge constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. References to $ANSEM, SOL, crypto assets, trading, airdrops, wallets, or third-party platforms are provided for community, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

BullForge does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or trade any token or crypto asset. Crypto assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should conduct your own research.

3. No Airdrop or Reward Guarantee

Creating, downloading, using, or posting a BullForge avatar does not guarantee an airdrop, token allocation, payment, reward, or any other benefit.

Any possible community airdrops or rewards are voluntary, discretionary, limited, and may never occur. BullForge makes no promise that any user will receive anything.

4. Third-Party Links and Trading

BullForge may contain links to third-party websites and services, including X and Bullpen. These services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, risks, and availability.

BullForge is not responsible for trades, transactions, losses, wallet activity, smart contracts, token prices, service outages, or any other activity occurring on third-party platforms.

5. Uploaded Content and User Rights

You may only upload content that you own or have the necessary rights and permission to use and process.

By uploading an image, you confirm that your use of the image does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, publicity, or other rights of any person or third party.

You remain responsible for the content you upload and for how you use, publish, share, or distribute the generated result.

6. Prohibited Content and Use

Do not upload or use BullForge to process unlawful content, explicit sexual content, sexual content involving minors, content that exploits or endangers children, malicious content, or material that infringes the rights of others.

Do not attempt to bypass generation limits, abuse the service, automate excessive requests, attack the website, interfere with its operation, or use BullForge for unlawful purposes.

Requests may be rejected or access may be restricted where misuse or abuse is detected.

7. AI-Generated Results

BullForge uses artificial intelligence to create images. AI output is unpredictable and may contain errors, unexpected details, distortions, or similarities that were not intentionally requested.

No specific result, quality, accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose is guaranteed.

8. Availability and Generation Limits

BullForge may limit the number of avatar generations available to a user or network address. Current limits may be changed, reduced, suspended, or removed at any time.

The service may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, API availability, costs, abuse, or other reasons.

9. Voluntary Support

Any SOL or $ANSEM sent to the wallet address displayed on BullForge is a voluntary contribution to support API costs, development, community tools, and possible future community activities.

Contributions are not purchases, investments, deposits, loans, or payments for guaranteed services, tokens, airdrops, returns, or other benefits. Unless required by applicable law, voluntary crypto transfers are generally non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

BullForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, generated images, third-party services, crypto asset activity, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated when BullForge changes, new features are introduced, or legal and technical requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
